Cap Capital spending on Presidential re-election campaigns. Institue Rules of Conduct to stop character assassination.

Created by N.B. on November 08, 2012

Cap spending on Presidential campaigns. Each opponent has a certain amount of money to invest. It can not be unlimited. Advertising can not attack their opponent. Instead they need to voice what their position is in a clear, concise way so we can make a decision without bullying tactics. Also, each opponent does his own campaigning. No movie stars, x-presidents or others in notoriety holding campaigns. There should be more face to face, debates on National TV, without a time limit. However long it takes to answer a question, so be it. Allow people to be randomly selected and ask off the cuff questions, not reading prepared questions.

There needs to be honor and dignity brought back to this most high postion. We now need rules. Rules on conduct and costs.
