Cap Congressional pay, make Obamacare and Social security mandatory for all, remove "allowances," and term limits

We the people call on Congressional pay to be capped at $75,000 maximum, demand that they pay and use social security and Obamacare like the rest of the United States citizens, allowances removed so office expenses can be paid for out of pocket, and submitted through the IRS, remove the ability to vote themselves a raise without authorization of the American citizens, and limit ALL House and Senate to a maximum of 2 terms, due to the corruption that is rampant among the "lifers." Their positions were never meant to be permanent. Also to include the immediate stopping of any and all foreign aid to ALL countries until the debt is paid in full, a return to nationalization instead of globalization due to jobs leaving this country, and all infrastructure is rebuilt.
