Health care and medication costs in America are out of control. It is time to put an end to this madness. When one oral medication (with health insurance) has a monthly cost of more than the 1280.00 /month that I pay in my mortgage on a brand new home something is seriously wrong. That same medication in Canada (without health insurance) is only 218./month. Still expensive but at least that is more manageable than paying half the cost of 1250./month plus having to pay my monthly premiums of 260.00.
