cap the number of liquor licenses and alcohol related advertisements allowed in low-income areas.

Created by E.C. on February 27, 2014

growing up in a low income area on South Los Angeles, i have found that the number of businesses selling liquor in poor communities greatly outnumbers the those in middle/upper class communities. this directly effects rates of alcoholism and homelessness. poor communities often have liquor stores and gas stations selling liquor on nearly every corner.
