Cap the purchasing amount of homes that were developed before and during the economic decline.

Created by D.B. on January 15, 2013

Homes that were developed before and during the economic decline are being priced as if the market was at it's prime. This is hendering purchasers from buying home which puts the market at somewhat of a standstill. If homes that were built in the or right before the recession are priced and adjusted accordingly it could allow more homes to be purchased.
