cap student loan interest rates at 3% to make obtaining and paying for a higher education more attainable for borrowers.

Created by J.F. on March 31, 2015

We want to cap all student loan interest rates at 3% to help current borrowers and our future generations obtain a higher education. Why should an institution be allowed to profit so much on educating our future leaders, workers, and citizens of the United States of America. By enforcing this, millions of borrowers will be less burdened by student loans. It will free up billions of dollars for spending for youthful generations. This has the potential to provide the true stimulation that our economy has been needing for so long. Why should anyone be allowed to profit more on our future generations education than a house, car, or any other durable good. Education needs to be treated as a necessity for future generations and not a game of profiteering. Help keep education affordable for all!
