cap student loan interest rates at under 1 percent, just like the rates given to the banks in the bailout.

Created by J.H. on December 16, 2013

Financing America's education should not lead to a mountain of interest payments that buries students even after they've paid off the initial sum. Help make sure this never happens by capping the interest rates.

There need to be penalties if you don't pay the money back, but the interest keeps many students very worried about their future finances.
