CAPITAL MURDER CHARGES. MY brother was beaten, shot twice, once in the back of the head and once in the Chest. The guy who shot him is only being charged with Murder, not Capital Murder. He was carried to a wooded area and covered up. Anyone who does this should be charged with CAPITAL MURDER. Anyone else involved should be charged with Murder. This is due to domestic violence. I would like this law to be called JACKIE"S LAW in honor of my brother who was executed on December 12, 2012. He was beaten before he was shot.
