Capture Chris Dorner alive so that he can have a trial by a jury of his peers as required by the 6th Amendment

Chris Dorner is an American citizen. As an American he is entitled to a jury of his peers per the 6th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. A drone strike against a United States Citizen is a direct violation of the founding principles of this nation. A full review of the allegations that Dorner has made against the LAPD shall be conducted and made available to the public.
