We petition Mr. Obama and the D.O.J. to capture Edward Snowden from the foreign super power country of Russia and give him a plea bargain within a U.S. Federal Court and not to have any double jeopardy repercussions.
Since he is in Russia, and they have become a security threat to the U.S recently., he has put our national security at risk with stealing unncessary secret projects from the United States Military that does not correlate with his freedom and "right privacy" propaganda. He plans to publicize more top secret U.S. projects.
