The Carnell Alexander petition. No court can hold a man financially responsible if paternity proves he is not the father

Currently the courts have a right to establish paternity by default for the purposes of establishing child support. This is also known as "punitive fathers." This law is undeniably harmful to the welfare of the child, and the man responsible for the child. Taking this right from the courts, and allowing a man to prove paternity at any point he wishes is legally fair and just. Due to fraud upon the court men are defaulted as the father of children, and they as well as the children are unaware. Reforming this policy will create an avenue of honesty so that children are not confused as to who their fathers are, and could potentially cut down fraud upon the court, welfare system, and the men effected by the courts ability to establish paternity without a DNA test. .
