Andrew Brannan is a Vietnam Veteran that executed a deputy with the Laurens County Sheriff's Office during a routine police pull-over due to his excessive speeding on a normal January day in 1998. He was convicted of murder and sentenced to death. He has been awaiting execution since 2000, yet he is still in jail in 2012/2013. This murderer, as well as the others awaiting their long overdue execution, should be release from being on hold and serve their execution.
