To more thoroughly convey the message about what happens to those who undertake terrorist acts against the United States, to more convincingly impart to all citizens and/or foreign agents what the consequences of using a weapon of mass destruction are, and for the sheer entertainment value, the spectacle, the flashing lights, and of course, the ratings and advertising dollars, the terrorist Dzhokar Tsarnaev should have his State imposed death sentence carried out on live television during the upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show.
