Case of Ms Ng, Lai-Ying as she was convicted on the ground that she had used her breast to assault the police officer

I want to write this petition to the US Government because of the recent case in Hong Kong regarding Ms. Ng Lai-ying, a protester who was sentenced to imprisonment for 3.5 months for assaulting a police officer during an anti-parallel trader protest in March 2015 by using her breast. I want to bring up to the attention to the whole world as this is one of the non-sense decision by the judge. Here's the article below for more information.
