In case of war with countries like China we need a stronger manufacturing base.

Currently our manufacturing capabilities are shrinking. The ability to gear up for a major war such as the second world war is diminishing with it.
Manufacturing capabilities of countries like China are increase and most likely have already surpassed ours. China is becoming more aggressive with the economic and military power it is gaining. Countries are counting on us to keep a balance.
Not only are the ability to fight a major war going away but so are our jobs. There are many estimates of 20 million jobs gone.
Things need to be done to increase our manufacturing here at home. We need to be the manufacturing giant we once were.
Things that could be done: setting the manufacturing tax at 0%. It will lower the cost to manufacture and drive companies here.
