We respectfully request that the President sponsor and support a bill in Congress that will allow a similar program as the Cash for Clunkers auto industry bailout for the benefit of the housing industry. The process would buy back houses in rest of foreclosure and destroyed, to only be rebuilt with newer more economical housing with respect given to more energy effectiency and usage of space in more affordable housing.
