Cast a recount from which only votes from those with proof of U.S. Citizenship are counted.

Only those who can provide updated proof of U.S. Citizenship should be allowed the privilege to vote. It should be mandatory to show two forms of identification proving your U.S. Citizenship to be able to cast your vote at any level. A valid Driver's License, passport and/or social security card would be considered the three primary forms of identification.
