Catch share and safe zones in the ocean

Dear US Government,
I Adrian James Olmsted demand that the United States set up catch share controls on ALL fishing for the entire worlds oceans. Grab China by the THROAT regarding shark fishing disallow shark imports to China and Enforce share controls on ALL areas they or Japan fish and shark. I further demand that United States and our allies military enforce safe zones for fish wildlife just like a National Park system for ALL fishing regulations with Furious Rage and Strike down those who attempt to poison and destroy GOD'S beautiful Earth.
