The national football league is a fantastic sport to watch and according to Forbes magazine, the NFL is the most valuable sports league in the world. Recent scandals in the NFL such as the health issues found from concussion protocols and the fact that it does not fit with other non-profits such as the wounded warriors, make a wish foundation and the american red-cross. This non-profit "trade" organization has closed membership, does not allow members to freely join, unless of course you can get an expansion team. I believe that non-profits must be reserved for those doing public good, and although I really do enjoy the art and skill of professional football, just like Major League Baseball, please set the non-profit world right by looking at the NFL as a for profit corporation.
