The petition is in the spirit of Jonathan Swift's "A MODEST PROPOSAL" in which Swift suggests that the Irish eat their own children .
Change the law related to US Code 18 USC § 930 - POSSESSION OF FIREARMS AND DANGEROUS WEAPONS IN FEDERAL FACILITIES which on possession of a firearm can cause imprisoned up to 2 years. We petition that the background law and USC be changed so that guns be knowingly possessed or presented in Congressional and Supreme Count facilities. At the same time the Congress and Supreme Court shall take no action which will give more protection from gun violence on Congressional and Supreme Count properties than is available, and demonstrated, to every US citizen in their home, workplace , school, theater, shopping mall, and other places.
