The Scranton Police Department is a white police department filled with corruption where there is no minorities black and hispanic people are victims of car pull overs verbal abuse and violations of civil rights futhermore the Magisterial Judges in Scranton are involved in corruption they abuse there power by imposing high bail amounts and they even receive money to rule in favor of friends like judge Terrence Gallagher. We need the FBI and DOJ to open a investigation into all of this criminal acts including violations of civil rights at the county jail.
