Mr. President, Orca Whales are known to be as intelligent as we are. They have societies just as humans do. They have their own languages. To allow Seaworld and other sea animal theme parks to capture and force these animals into DECADES of slavery is unconscionable. Release these animals from the slavery that they find themselves in today.
