1. Why was CBD Oil ruled a Schedule 1 drug? Please be specific in your response, including cited sources and conclusive research that led you to believe CBD oil is as dangerous and deadly as heroin or meth.
2. With more and more states legalizing marijuana / hemp, and with more and more proof that it has multiple medical benefits and a comparatively low risk of dependency, why do you still enforce it as a schedule 1 drug?
3. How do you see federal authorities enforcing federal marijuana laws once all 50 states have legalized both recreationally and medically, as the trend shows will happen soon?
