We, the People of the United States of America, demand that CBDs or Cannabinoids remain henceforth legal and not be reclassified as a Schedule I Substance or made illegal under any circumstance. Research indicates that CBDs are analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-anxiety properties without having a psychoactive effect. Therefore, CBDs should be legal for human beings to use or buy or sell or store or transport across state lines. For more information about the change in the law, please refer to the Establishment of a New Drug Code for Marihuana Extract. Notice how they used the term Marihuana instead of the term Marijuana in the title. They wanted to keep this change in the law hidden, thus surprising on the population on January 13, 2017 when the change is to go into effect.
