Affirmative action is great for non whites in that it creates greater opportunity for them. For any non minorities, it creates difficulties in getting jobs, scholarships, and acceptance into higher education. The only way to have a truly even playing field is for everyone to be treated equally, not for whites to be stepped on in order to lift up those who aren't.
