Proposal to end all foreign aid to governments not critical to American interests. Countries that are financially stable and do not require aid should not receive American tax dollars when the United States itself is in great financial peril.
Governments that abuse the intent of that funding should also be stripped of it. This includes the hoarding of supplies intended for impoverished people.
Finally, to cease all aid for countries that have assumed an anti-American stance such as Russia, China, North Korea, etc. Countries that denounce America and its actions, support terrorists groups, and act in opposition to it's interests should no longer receive aid.
