Firearms are a protected right. None should be legal for military and law enforcement that are not also legal for the people. Repeal all federal firearms laws and executive orders which limit a law abiding citizens rights and access to firearms and leave the decisions up to the states. Ammunition should be recognized as protected under the 2nd amendment also because without it the guns are useless. Remove the class 3 and full auto restrictions and allow them to be purchased by anyone currently legally able to own single shot and semi-auto firearms. Also recognize that "arms" are not only firearms but include things such as knives and therefore equally protected by the second amendment.
