Cease all Drone activity and other unconstitutional surveillance on American citizens in the United States of America

Created by J.S. on February 07, 2013

The current actions of drone surveillance, the Patriot ACT and other "national security" surveillance on U.S. citizens shall be deemed unconstitutional. The first amendment protects one's right of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. The fourth amendment is also brought in to the argument with protection against unreasonable search and seizure. The drone surveillance is an unreasonable search device based on how it is undetectable to the human eye while spying, without any warrant for a search.
