stop all foreign aid and spend those billions of dollars to upgrade aging, deteriorating infrastructure. This will stop the red ink and create jobs for Americans. This is an urgent matter. Our electric grid and our aging bridges need replaced. It will take many years to complete. The sooner we start, the better off we'll be.
