Cease all foreign aid until both a) The U.S is free of Debt, and b) The U.S has a financial excess of $1 Trilion.

This petition is meant to focus on taking care of our debt as a Nation and ensuring that such a deficit does not occur in the future, setting ourselves, and future Americans up for success. We as Americans cannot help others until we first help ourselves. Ceasing the amount of foreign aid we provide will help America get of debt at a quicker rate.
