... should stop allowing milisecond trading. We should stop risky trading with public's money as collateral.ELIMINATE ability to trade on OIL and NON-renewable energies. We should prevent SHORT SELLIng of stock and instead offer long term Bonds with a HIGH YIELD.( >5% over lifetime of bond.) We should enact a corporate bond market similar to how schools and roads are financed. This should help financial and Jobs markets.
