cease all Presidential and First Ladyvacations at taxpayer's expense until White House tours for the public are restored

Since the White House doesn't seem to have the money to allow public tours anymore (even though they are servants to the taxpayer), I propose that the multimillion dollar Presidential vacations and unnecessary First Lady media events be curtailed until White House tours to the taxpayer are reinstated. Why should the taxpayer be footing the 7 million dollar bill for a Presidential Hawaii vacation when the White House claims they can't afford to allow public tours.?
