Cease all unmanned drone attacks outside of battlefield zones, and particularly outside of countries in which US combat forces are deployed. This means no drone attacks in Pakistan, Yemen, among other countries. These pre-emptive, extra-judicial killings are not compatible with a nation ruled by Constitutional law, such as ours.
