The United States of America should not contribute any funds to any foreign nation, people, institution, or group, for any reason unless the U.S. has a surplus of funds with which to spend and has gained the pre-approval of the American people.
Our governments priorities should always be for its own people first. Contributions to foreign causes, while noble, should never be prioritized over our own nations financial stability.
