The Federal Government, in violation of Amendment 2 of the Constitution having done damage to the inalienable right to keep and bear arms and frustrated the People in the exercise of that right by, restricting, limiting and taxing the peaceful law abiding People of the United States right to arms and bearing of the same.
We demand; that the Federal Government, created by the people, is to cease and desist, effective immediately, all mandates and legislation that are beyond the scope and powers delegated to it in the United States Constitution and repeal unjust laws that infringe upon the right to keep and bear arms, the NFA of 1934, GCA of 1968, and H.R. 4332 of the FOPA of 1986 which have had no effect on crime but server only to harm rights peaceable people
