We the free people of the United States formally petition that the federal government cease and desist all unconstitutional activities per the 10th Amendment as well as Article 1 Section 8 and Article 2 Section 2. The federal government has no right to pass any law restricting businesses or civil liberties. If not listed specifically in the Constitution or given the rights by these free states then the right is not theirs to exercise.
Federal firearms bans, anti-trust laws, and health care regulations are unconstitutional and are for the states and the people to chose and decide upon. Allow the states to reclaim the powers provided them by the Constitution.
