Cease and desist with the broadcasting of bogus and fraudulent news stories in states that wish to secede from the union

In a press conference in 2005 Former President Bush was asked about the ethics of using video news releases or pre-packaged news stories which involve scripts and actors to promote an agenda. President Bush replied that these videos used were within the law so long as they are approved by the Justice Department and that television stations should disclose that the story used was based on facts and they chose to use it. However since then the media has created news stories that have been verified as fraudulent and bogus with no evidence of many of the events actually occuring. It is in the best interests of the states who wish to secede from the Union to no longer be subjected to the fake news media which uses biased, misleading, and fraudulent news stories to promote an agenda!
