Since 2008, economic recession has brought businesses and families alike into a state of hardship, forcing them to make difficult decisions and sacrifices in kind.
Banks and Mortgage Lenders such as Wells Fargo and Freddie Mac have taken a predatory stance against these home owners, using the bailouts provided to them via the Obama Administration to 'legally' assault and steal their homes through the Courts of Law. Behind the scenes, they use stalling, lying, harassment, and manipulation tactics to ensure their victim cannot save their home, let alone work out a deal with them.
This petition asks for all Foreclosure/Eviction Cases by Banks to be frozen, pending full case by case investigation by the Obama Administration, the HUD, and Att. General of each state for those who were harmed.
