Make the corporations and people that make over one million dollars pay at least 33% federal taxes, retroactive to Bush area tax cuts (authorized during President George W. Bush).
Change law to require tax payers to authorize pay raises above U.S. govt COLA rate to congress or senate. If cola rates are good enough for seniors and Military retiree's it should be good enough for both houses.
