President Obama "may have" crossed a constitutional line by ordering the use of spy drones on Christopher Dorner, the first American who is being searched for on American soil using spy drones. The authority for President Obama's actions is currently bring challenged by Congress as "unconstitutional". As there is a lack of clarity as to whether President Obama's authority includes the use of spy drones on Americans on American soil this petition asks that this action be stopped immediately until Congress has come to a agreement on a legal position on this issue, and further, is ratified in both houses of the legislative branch of the United States Government thereby making President Obama's use of drones to spy on Americans on American soil legal.
