cease and desist taking advantage of apps that write or write over texting apps.

There are more than a few apps on my cell whose description states they are able to read and write over existing texts. This practice has resulted in trouble for me in relationships, and potentially with law enforcement. I find those to be in violation of both the right to free speech and the right to privacy. The Civil Rights Union could potentially have a field day with this practice.
