Cease Congressional paychecks until further notice.

During the recent fear of governmental shutdowns and ultimately it's closures, Congress and the President have made decisions for the American people that do not affect them. Obamacare and determinations including making it into law are not utilized by Congress or White House. Governmental shutdowns including furloughing it's personnel do not affect Congress or the White House either. Suggest Presidential and Congressional paychecks cease immediately until determination is made to sustain our governmental funding long-term. All Congressional pay should be placed into federal funding to return all furloughed personnel back to paid status. Presidential pay should be put toward the national deficit. In the event determination is made, Pay status will return one month after determination
