It will effect the entire Nation. People are sick and tired of the changing. The original purpose is obsolete. Many states do not comply already. It is a non-partisan issue! Let it be discussed now, this summer of election-stupidity, so by November, 2016, it will be accepted willingly. (giggle: As if any topic President Obama does is accepted willingly.)
