We no longer live in the country and era President Kennedy described. It's time that our foreign aid commitments reflect the real financial condition of our country. We are now in the top 5% of countries whose debt exceeds GDP. It's time to stop pretending that we can do everything for everyone without bankrupting ourselves. Stop ALL foreign aid.
