cease NSA surveillance of US citizens and open FISA Court proceedings to public record.

Created by J.H. on July 10, 2013

The National Security Agency (NSA) and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court are not to be allowed to continue playing fast and loose with the First, Fourth and Fifth Amendments. Anyone who supports or allows otherwise is betraying their pledge to uphold the Constitution, and should not hold public office.

We petition the Obama Administration to cease and desist in unwarranted electronic surveillance of American citizens, by the NSA or any other Federal agency; and to open all past, present and future proceedings of the FISA Court to public record so that their rulings can be held accountable.
