cease plans to continuously electronically monitor workers with secret clearances

U.S. intelligence officials should not continuously, electronically monitor anyone, to include federal employees, without just cause. The constitution provides protections of aspects of privacy which would be violated by such monitoring. Specifically the 3rd Amendment protects privacy of the person and possessions as against unreasonable searches, the 4th and the 5th Amendment's protects privilege against self-incrimination, which provides protection for the privacy of personal information. Thus we call on the administration to ensure the rights of the 5 million federal employees with clearances are protected from current plans for a sweeping system of electronic monitoring that would tap into government, financial and other databases to scan their behavior.
