We, the undersigned citizens of America, petition and demand the return of more than 1.2 billion rounds of illegally obtained ammunition and firearms bought by various agencies of the United States Government, by use of tax dollars, or "public funding", without representation from our elected officials or notification to the general public.
And an investigation into these agencies for the purpose of the purchases of these munitions without public notification, noteably, the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Education, Department of Interior, et al.
