Recently, the United States sent 200 M1 Abrahms tanks to Egypt, a nation now under the control of the Muslim brotherhood. This is in addition to billions of dollars in "foreign aid".
We are in a financial crisis, and cannot afford to "buy over" our enemies; we need to concentrate foreign aid only on those nations who are already our allies.
To prevent cases where foreign aid to a friendly government goes into a hostile regime, we also propose that all foreign aid to nations stop until re-evaluated in the event of major shifts in power.
