Cease Sonar testing that is proven to cause harm and even death to marine animals.

This is simply to prevent the testing of sonar weapons that have been found to harm and even kill many marine animals. With new species of marine animals being discovered frequently, these tests are killing creatures we have yet to discover. These sonar weapons are also causing the death of known and endangered marine life. Simply put this testing is more harmful to our planet and by extension we will feel these consequences.
