1. not enough states ratified the 16th amendment voiding its legality.
2. the constitution states that all direct taxes must be apportioned, the income tax is a direct apportioned tax. voiding its legality.
3. the constitution also states no one shall be taxed on labor, you can tax goods and capital gains.
Income is earned through labor, you put something in to it, it's not considered a gain, making it non taxable.
Anyone who has stood up for their rights on this matter have either been forcefully imprisoned or outright murdered...by you, OUR government.
